If you want to be hands-off, travel, or you live abroad, BÜRO KIF offers a complete package of services for clients looking for a turnkey solution. Just be available for very few meetings in order to start the design process and we’ll handle the rest. We aim to liberate your time and provide you with an excellent result.

how does it work

Full renovation and architect service
We will share our network of some of the most passionate construction companies and we will deliver full architect services to you, including planning permits if needed, of course.

Construction management
Often the hardest part is really to supervise the works and have permanent quality control. We will keep your project on time and on budget. We also manage the process post-renovation in case some items still need some attention.

Hand-picked selections
Selection of (bespoke) furniture, art, lighting, furnishings, curtains, flooring, stair runners, kitchens, accessories and more. We will also personally design individual items for your home.

Only the best in sourcing
We source our furniture and furnishings throughout Europe in order to create a truly personalised vibe, but also because simply not all brands we love are sold in The Netherlands. Also we have a hand-selected network representing only the best crafts(wo)men.

White glove installation of all materials & furniture
We will install all items and place them perfectly in position. When you come home in the evening, it will look as if these items have never had another home. Our white glove service means that we also ensure that your home is free from packaging materials so all you need to worry about is enjoying your home.

Property management services (if required)
We understand that our clients are busy and often have to travel. We will ensure that all maintenance is taken care of, bring in our trusted contractors as needed, arrange access to the property, and supervise every detail.

One of our most recent projects, a private penthouse in Amsterdam was published in Elle Decoration in Germany while others have been featured in Homes & Gardens and Residence magazines. Our current designs involve a countryside house and a home in one of the most picturesque areas of Amsterdam.
